About the designer

Do you believe in coincidences? Because I think you landed here for a reason and I’m so excited to have you! 

My name is Kimiko, and I’ve been serving the Dayton Ohio real estate market as a licensed Realtor for the past few years. I’ve had the pleasure of helping many families and investors buy and sell properties. I believe through real estate I can dedicate my life to ensuring the growth of our community is done in a way that affects us positively. I have an amazing teenage son that gets to call our wonderful city home and we share that home with my husband, Robert, and my wonderful stepdaughter Layla, plus our two sweet cats named Buddy and Gus. You can certainly say we’ve got a full house! 

I graduated Wittenberg University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and Hondros College with a license to sell real estate in Ohio. Interior design has always been at the forefront of my passions. It wasn't until we fully gutted and rehabbed a home in Centerville that I started to listen to friends and family when they told me that my home looks like it belongs in a magazine.
